Shipping Information

HalloweenBazaar.com ships only to the 50 United States and Canada. At this time, we do not offer international shipping, other than to Canada.

Please allow a 1-2 day processing time for all orders. Orders received by 12:00pm, Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday, are typically processed and shipped the same business day. Shipping costs are calculated based on total weight of the items in an order and total dollar value of an order.

Ordering Information

We do our best to stay fully stocked with merchandise and up to date regarding availability of items on our website. In the event that an item is not immediately available, however, we substitute unavailable items with other reasonably comparable items. This may include substituting prducts from a different manufacturer than the one ordered. These items are subject to the same policies as those originally ordered.

Additionally, due to manufacturer's upgrades and changes in products, images of items do not always accurately represent the items you purchase. In this regard, we do our best to keep our products updated.

Return & Refund Information

Generally, we quickly process returns based on the following guidelines:

• Any item returned to HalloweenBazaar.com is eligible for refund only if it is new, unused and unopened condition, and in its original factory-sealed packaging.
• An opened item is not eligible for refund.


• Any item returned with missing pieces or components is not eligible for refund.

Return & Refund Policy

To return items purchased from HalloweenBazaar.com, please contact us to obtain a return authorization number within 7 days of the receipt of the items to be returned. Items purchased from HalloweenBazaar.com must then be returned within 7 calendar days of receipt of return authorization number to be eligible for refund. All returned items must include the original sales invoice. Items returned without the original sales invoice will not be refunded. Any returned items must be in new, unused, unopened condition, and in original factory-sealed packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable. A 15% restocking fee is applied against the total refund amount of all returned items.

We regret that we cannot accept any return or issue any refund for items not in full compliance with the above policy.
